Our History

Founded in the year 1966, PRESSOFUSIONI SEBINE owes its particular name to its original location. In fact, it was initially established in Pisogne (BS), an agglomeration located on the eastern shore of Lake Sebino. Only in 1974 to meet new structural needs, the production unit was entirely transferred to Artogne (BS) where it is still located today, in the heart of the industrial area. The transformation into a joint-stock company took effect on 5 January 2005.

MACHINING DEPARTMENT

We are able to supply finished or semi-finished products, thanks to our mechanical processing department.

  • 10 transfers machines for die casting machining
  • 9 CNC high speed center CNC for machined parts

  • Cleaning department with two dry sieves, 1 belt sandblaster and 1 tunnel sandblaster
  • Pressure leak testing machines for checking gas fittings and water pumps

TECHNICAL OFFICE

The technical office is equipped with a die casting flow simulator in order to optimize the design and life of the molds: it is able to design and create all the production tools. The technical office is then able to handle the following 3D model formats: DWG – STEP – STP – IGES – X_T – PRT(NX Siemens) – VISICAM – AUTODESK INVENTOR. Tomographic analysis of the jets.
